One thing is I think one of the program directors should try and stop by each lodge every week not only to talk to staph and the AD briefly but to see the lodge. This will overall improve communication while also allowing upper management to see and suggest improvements on the lodges and staph. Another goal of mine, which I discussed and further built upon at dinner after the interviews is to improve upon the CIT program.
