FART; DISGUSTING OR HEALTHY? From the short video, did you hear that? Can someone tell me what that sound mean? Yes. It is a fart sound. Hello, everyone. Thank you for having me. My name is Ain. Today I am going to share with you some interesting facts about the fart that have never been discovered from the previous speeches. Fart; disgusting or healthy? First I will cover up about the art of fart, second about fart statistic. Lastly, I will explain about the farts and our health. What is fart? Fart or passing wind is a normal biological process like breathing or burping. In fact, we eat, we drink and we also accidentally swallowed air. Fart occurs when a mixture of gas and air occur in our digestive system then travels through our anus and released to the environment. So our farts can be either loud or silent but deadly. Our fart consists of 59% of nitrogen, 21% of hydrogen, 9% of carbon dioxide, 7% of methane, 3% of oxygen and 1% of others. Hold in our fart does not kill us but it can make us uncomfortable. Based on some research, holding in the fart can affect certain health issues. The unreleased fart can cause bloating, constipation and muscle pain. In long term, the hemorrhoids can occur. But, how long you hold in the fart, they eventually escape too. Farting cannot be stopped but can be reduced. There are many ways to reduce the production of fart. We must avoid consuming unabsorbable carbohydrate especially sugary fruits and eat healthier balanced diet such as vegetables. Besides that, avoid drinking carbonated drinks and practicing consistent exercise can improve the functioning of our digestive system and bowel.
