Growing up in a family of eight children was a unique opportunity. AT tender age I had to learn how to take care of my little brother and sister in case whenever a request to do by my parents. Had to ensure that they behaved and everything went as if mother and dad were present. Most interest I also had to protect them from the bullies in the neighbourhood. This situation was a very challenging take, but perhaps it has contributed to my organisation skill. I reader organised my brothers in a small football team that play in other families. Being a big brother and captain of the soccer and ensuring that the family wins against all old made me famous among my brother but also the neighbourhood. Unique about my experience at the university was the early leadership skill I learnt made me the student the in charge of welfare and liaison to the student’s facility. While in this position, I realised the need for students in the various medical school to collaborate on student advocacy and promote health in the communities where they live. Building the previous collaboration between universities, we started the Federation of Uganda medical students association, a student-run non-profit organisation, whose objective was to introduce the students to global health issues and contributed to the training of socially responsible physicians. Our aim was active through advocacy and capacity building offered at the various training programs and project. I had the opportunity to provide leadership and stewardship to the organisation and structure and to manage and supervises the various teams, and projects in the country which enrich my direction and management skills. Besides, I started my pharmaceutical enterprise which will be a chain of community pharmacies supplying quality affordable medicines to middle-income earners in the town residents in city areas of Uganda these stores focused will be the no communicable these that increase in the in Uganda and other developing countries at
