I think the video, A Fair(y) Use Tale, is fair use and that Eric Faden is not infringing anything from Disney. The videos purpose was to teach others about fair use, using disney clips, and in the law of fair use it states that you can use it for criticism, parody, news reporting, and teaching. Which this video is following for education purposes. Although he is using clips from different disney movies and such, the clips are not too long to be considered copyright infringement. And he didn't use enough clips for it to be copying too. He made the video a mashup of different disney movie clips, which had made this into a transformative way to explain fair use. Even though the video contained disney clips the whole time each individual clips
