Dogs should be able to have somewhere that they can run around and exercise. In the artical "A Dog Park Benefits All," its says "Because it's againts city ordinance for dogs to be off-leash in public areas, Gizmo can't run and play very much at all." Some dogs needs alot room to run and play and exercise. In my opinion we would need more than one dog park. We have different types of dogs. Some dogs need to be trained right or they will attack a strange dog that comes up or might even attack its owner. In the artical "A Dog Park Benifits All," it says "Property in the city would be in high demand

I personally feel like dog parks should be built in cities, for the simple fact that dogs need space to do whatever it is they wanna do. It is by ASPCA guidelines that dogs get plenty of excercise daily for their mental and physical health. Dogs wanna play and run around and have fun, but not all the time is that avialable for them to do if they have to worry about neighbors not wanting the dog to run through the grass or use the bathroom in their yard. Having a dog park would eliminate all those burdens away. A dog park will allow the animals to play not only with owner but other dogs as well.…

The noise generated in a dog park - both from the owners and their dogs (the bark of a dog can reach 75-100 decibels) can make people stressed and/or unable to sleep. Even in a rural area, the barking of distant dogs can be disrupting, a fact I could back up. A free-romaing dog in a park might attack a person or another dog, and dogs - especially large ones - are powerful and are capable of injuring others. A dog park would also be expensive; the park fencing alone would cost $70,000, and the dog park would take up an acre of land that could be used for housing developments, where dog owners could let their dogs excerise and socialize on the sidewalks.…

I think that people should be able to have service animals besides dogs and miniature horses because all service animals are helpful and because there are many different needs. First of all, service animals are helpful because they can do many different jobs. One extremely helpful service animal is the capuchin monkey that is small and can hold and use small things such as remotes and drinks. According to Monkey Helpers “Capuchins are small, easy to train, and able to bond, or form relationships, with humans.”…
