Of course there a secondary stakeholders who are also affected by the Vaccine For Children Program some of those would be that would be affected are the hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and of course the individuals in communities that are plagued with certain diseases. A program like the Vaccine For Children whose mission is to provide access to vaccines for those who may not able to afford could have a positive effect on the amount of individuals administered into hospitals that these vaccines prevent. For example, some of the vaccines that are administered by the Vaccine for Children might take away how many individuals are going to doctors’ office for diseases that can potentially lead to continuous visits to the doctor like HPV (Human papillomavirus). As far as the key stakeholders these are the people who can pass or enforce laws that may either fulfill the goals of the program’s effort or get rid of the program in general. The “evaluation assessment” assess the extent to which programs are ready for future evaluation and plays a key role in key stakeholders coming to an agreement on realistic goals and evaluation criteria of the program in entirety. The programs goals were established on the Vaccine for Children’s web page.
1. A 20 % increase in the amount of HPV vaccinations administered by VFC ( Vaccines for Children). HPV vaccination is the most common sexually transmitted infection in the United States and have the ability to cause problems such as genital warts and Cervical Cancer.
2. 100 schools in underprivileged communities each month will have a health educator inform them of HPV. According to the CDC, blacks and Hispanics have the highest rates of HPV.
3. By the year 2020 to increase the number of individuals practicing safe sex on a regular basis by 50%. Outside of receiving the vaccine, practicing safe sex with the use of a condom is will have a drastic change in the amount of individuals that will contract
