A Day in the Life of a Navy SEAL On your first day you will go straight into SQFT. Here is where you will be closely watched to make sure that you are a safe and competent SEAL. After successfully graduating SQT then you will get your Trident and then be assigned to a SEAL or a SDV Team. A Typical Day at the Team
0700-0900 Team PT (PT followed by a 6 mile run or 1-3 mile ocean swim).
0900-1200 Team training: Air Operations, Close Quarter Battle, Over the Beach, Diving, Ship Boarding and Marksmanship training are examples of training blocks.
1200-1300 Lunch (although working lunches are not uncommon)
1300-1700 More Team Training.
1800-2000 Debrief over beers at the Team Room or local bar.
