Second, be analytic with the thinking says Maureen, so focusing in what the patient’s saying because they will talk about lots of thing. Third, non judgement to what the patient is saying, or to what the decision may be. According to Summers a judgmental worker is one who measures people by rigid or irrelevant standards, and also it has no place in the helping relationship. It has no place because when a worker is focus on judging the client, they will no be thinking about the client best interest, but they will focus on applying their standards on people. Therefore, she enjoys her work by seeing how much she achieve in a day, and the fulfillment of meeting somebody’s needs when they leave the hospital.
