A corporation is an independent federal service business located and managed in Washington, D.C. The FY 2016 were portions that were set aside $1,094,916,000 for corporation operations and to fund its programs. This is formed to engage Americans to help service their community. Different programs include Senior Corps, AmeriCorps, Social Invention of new things Fund, and Volunteer Generation Fund. Organizations that benefit from the non-profit organizations include state, local, Indian tribal governments, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions.
Whenever it comes to grant making there are rules, sort of like pre-requisites; a checklist. This can also be called Red Tape. Red Tape is described as adherence to rules and formalities. Important documents are to be filled out as part of some of these rules, documents such as Opportunity and Grants Application Review Process and Awarding. Just as it is hard to receive money, it 's just as hard to keep the money. There has to be a set of rules as well as grant terms and conditions, and other guidelines which equal to the "Code of Ethics.” The Code of Ethics is a document that may outline the mission and values of a business or organization, how professionals are supposed to approach problems, the ethical principles based on the organization 's core values and the standards to which the professional is held.
