All Summer In a Day and The Stolen Party are similar in many ways. Both of the main characters were deceived and used. In the end, they were left disbelieving and sad. The main characters Rosaura and Margot both felt strongly about one thing. Rosaura her friends and Margot the sun. Their emotions led them to something that they would never forget. Both Rosaura and Margot were thought to be weird by most of the kids. Rosaura did have one friend, while Margot had none.
