Nature/Nurture: Nature are traits that are passed down from parent to child; it is inherited. An example of this would be a parent having brown eyes, and passing this trait to their child. Nurture is when the child environment influences their behavior. An example would be of the area a child grew up in could determine the social economic level he or she will be in. Nature vs. nurture is the issue of not knowing what influences the child. For example; does a child gain its intellectual from his or her parents, or do they gain it from the environment they are in.
