One of the key characteristics of ASPD, as listed in the DSM-5, is a disregard for violence and other people's feelings, usually emanating before the age of 15. We see countless examples of this as Alex, who is at the time fifteen years old, is shown assaulting many people with his gang including the homeless and the elderly. The truth of the matter is that you generally have to be eighteen to get diagnosed with Antisocial personality disorder. This is because an adolescent mind is not fully developed and can change drastically from a day to day basis. Alex, however, has enough of the other symptoms to be labeled as someone with antisocial personality disorder, and in fact with all of the symptoms together, it can be said that is very likely that Alex has Antisocial personality disorder.
