A class divided was a video about an experiment a teacher named Mrs. Elliot. It started off with the students from the original video coming back to watch it. Mrs Elliot originally used her experiment after Martin Luther King Jr. was killed. She thought that although she already taught her third grade students about racism it was not just enough to talk about it, and they needed to see discrimination and feel it first hand. Her experiment consisted of separating her all white first grade class by eye color. One day having brown eyes was better, and the next having blue was better.
