Compare and contrast I liked the DVD better than the book A Christmas Carol for many reasons. Here are some of the reasons. Some of the things that are the same in the movie and the book are Scrooge was visited by the ghost of Jacob Marley in both. He was visited by the ghost of Christmas past. He was visited by the ghost of Christmas present too. Scrooge was also visited by the ghost of Christmas future. In the movie Scrooge was counting down the time till the spirit came in the movie he was asleep until the spirit came and said his name. There are more similarities than differences. There are many other differences. There are so many I wish I had enough room to talk about them. The music in a movie gives the mood a big change.
