The directed had worked hard to make this play so perfect and interesting to watch. I understood everything that director wanted to say. This play is old, but every new director wants to make it classical, and also add something unique to it. Everything was colorful and had the signs of Christmas. The stage was clear and it was easy to move for actors. As for the background it was decorated for the mood of the play. Every detail that was on stage, it showed that it was Christmas play. There were remarkable houses that were made in full height and had everything that has any usual house. The houses were moving and changing with every new scene. That was so pleasing to see so many different houses in one play. The light was clear and colorful. When it was showing morning the light was bright and yellow, but when it was night it was black and dark. As for the costumes they were colorful, but usual for us. They were like from the old times, but more colorful. Women wear long dresses and coats that made them beautiful. As for men they wear classical pants, shirts, and jackets. This play has incredible theme, that is old, but for Christmas it is a perfect play that will show the magic of Christmas days. Everything in this play is magical and believable. The stage that actors were playing on, it was colorful and it gives a feeling that Christmas is near. The costumes were taken from those old times, but they had some parts that were from our time.
