Mr. Sebeck has been a personal friend of mine since 2006. Since that time, I have known him to be of the highest character. Mr Sebeck has demonstrated a high capacity for discipline, physical fitness, and intelligence; the Army will no doubt find him a valuable asset. It seems that Mr Sebeck's core values coincide with those that the Army wishes to be represented with. Mr Sebeck comes from a military family who holds the traditions of honor and duty in high esteem. Specifically; his late grand-father fought on the battlefields of Europe during the second world war.
