A case study is dealing with people of real life problem or situation which obliges the issues involve. These issues should be examined and identified with the literature and at the end of decision about why the problem or situation happened and how can we best to react it. A case study is an approach to apply the theoretical knowledge gain from writing to life circumstances that social worker may experience in social worker field work. There is some sections in case study that social worker consider. Firstly, outline the purpose of the case study and social worker should identify the theory that will be used. Moreover, social worker should identify the theory that will be used. Moreover, social worker should come up with strong resolution of the case study. During the meeting with client each analysis of a problem should be supported by facts give in the case together with relevant theory and course concepts. A part from this it is essential to exploration for the underlying problem for example cross culture conflict may be only a symptom of the underlying problem of inadequate policies. Social workers should have another solutions to this main problem and assess it term of advantages and disadvantages.
