In the article there was definitely two different marketing techniques that were used to present the Miami Dolphins. One of the big points that the owner Stephen Ross did to attract people was he invested $450 million in renovations for the stadium. He has no problem investing in the program he said something along the lines of if they don’t have it and they need it, then get it. I believe that Ross understand that in this era as a culture we are constantly changing and evolving with technology and looks. In order to keep with the times he made the stadium changes possibly for the look, function, and marketing. If their is a large amount of changes to a big location then that will be in the papers the news and will be getting a large portion
