Discussion: Ms. langton(Mother) reported that she has observed some changes in Joshua's demeanor, behavior since he has been in Mercer county house. Ms Langton stated that it would be beneficial for Joshua to stay a little longer so he can develop better coping skills/mechanism. The team agreed that it will be beneficial for Joshua to stay at Mercer county house, and will present the idea to the Judge on Jan 5th. Ms. Langston expressed concern with Joshua's Asthma medication- She stated Josh is out of his Inhaler.

Emotional wellness: Ms.Langston reported that Joshua is having some behavioral challenges at home, school, and in the community. She indicated that his behavior may be as a result of maladaptive behavior (substance abuse). She reported that Joshua exhibits the following behaviors: Physical aggression, property destruction, disruption in the classroom, noncompliant and Verbal antagonism. She further explained that Joshua was suspended from school because of aforementioned behaviors. Ms. Langston reported that Joshua was on 36mg Concerta, but was D/Cd by dad because of his personal belief. She stated that Joshua struggles with fusing on a task since being off the medication.

Plan: Joshua will start school on Jan 5th to address and improve his intellectual wellness. CM will link Josh to ADS to address emotional wellness and Medication management. Josh will continue to attend New choice program on Monday - Wednesday to address maladaptive behavior (substance abuse). BHH-HWE will continue to provide health and wellness support for Joshua and his
