Meia is a professional and pleasant candidate.

She most recently worked for Charles Schwab as a Client Service Professional. She would manage clients’ accounts, process a heavy amount of data entry, and resolve any issues. She was unfortunately laid off without any warning due to a misunderstanding. She was very surprised by this because she was following all the rules and polcies.

Prior to that, she had worked for Advocate Medical Group as a Patient Service Representative. She would verify insurance, process prior authorizations, and collect copays. She really enjoyed this role, however decided to move to Indianapolis for the Charles Schwab position.

She had worked for Medical Business Office as an Administrative Assistant. She would post payments, billing and coding, and light collections. She left for the opportunity at Advocate.
