Hi Iris,

Yesterday your client came in at 2:30 because she was told by you that her apt. was change to 3:00PM. She was really upset because Dr. K couldn’t see her at 2:30 or 3 because he had other clients waiting. She missed her apt at 2:00PM.
Dr. K was able to fit her in his schedule but Cynthia’s client was upset because she took her slot. Just a reminder that we need to be consistent with the time and if there is any changes please notified Jenny right away, so she can be aware.
