INTRODUCTION
The children are greatest gift of almighty to Humanity and personal as well as National assets. The young people are the foundation of the society because the future success of the society lies in their hands. The period of youth is mostly an important because the manner and values formed during this time may be fixed for the rest of one’s life. The shape of the future human society shall be determined by their mental and physical well-beings. The Children (young people) should be allowed and provided likelihood to grow up to become robust and obedient citizens, physically fit, mentally alert and morally healthy, capable with skills and activations needed by the society at large. In diagnosis, juvenile delinquents have various disorders. These disorders include antisocial personalities and oppositional defiant disorders among others. When the disorders are diagnosed, it will enable the stakeholders to handle the problem hence to prevent the future consequences of juvenile delinquency. The diagnosis is an essential to prevent the disorder, rehabilitation is essential when addressing the potential problems, which are resultant from the disorder. Considering the Prevention, it refers to the efforts which prevent minors from participating in criminal activities. As mentioned above, juvenile delinquency is caused by various factors. This means prevention measures should encompass a comprehensive scope. Some of the preventive, which can be employed in such a situation, include family counselling, eduction on the substance abide, educational support,mentoring and parental education. On the other hand the offender status is minor, that’s why their acts are considered to be delinquent. There are three man categories of juvenile delinquency: (i) Violent crimes which results in body injury., such as assault,rape,murder etc, (ii) Property crimes are committed when a juvenile uses violent force or threat of force to fetch the property of others and (iii) Drug-related crimes involve the possession or sale of illegal narcotics drugs. The juvenile are expected to be obedient, respectful and have virtues and good quality in them, but due to various reasons children do not follow settled social and legal dictum. Such children are most often get involved in criminal behaviour which is known as juvenile delinquency or juvenile crime. The present scenarios reveals that there has been an incredible increase in the number of children’s involvement in the criminal offences. Criminal activities like murder, theft , rape and drinking are mostly committed by the juveniles. It is apparently clear that the offenders who committed such offences mostly lie under the age category of 15-18 years. Mainly all the delinquents belonged to this category having poor socio-economic background with low parental education and
