While the state of Pennsylvania does hold opportunity there is even a chance for traveling careers. From working on military bases to a steel fabrication factory, or on a cruise line doing repairs, the options are limitless (Nguyen 2015). The job availability is large and the area for improvement is even bigger. A degree in welding can provide work for a lifetime with jobs that can be done using all skill levels and techniques. Also there are classes that can teach new tricks or certifications that can make an ordinary welder into a welder who is in high demand. There are chances for development and improvement constantly in the world of welding which is truly a promise for a good future. In review there is a lot of logic in why an individual would choose a career in welding. Not only do welders have the pride of creating necessary or desirable goods with quality craftsmanship they also have the potential of earning a high wage income and working in challenging and environments unlike any other.
