Now that I am about to graduate and go into the “real world,” I feel somewhat unprepared and hope these next few months will prepare me for the “real world.” During these next couple of months and the internship I want to take in as much information, knowledge and experience in the public/community health field as I am planning to go to nursing school, with hopes of attaining a master in public health and nursing after. I believe blending these careers into one will provide me a great foundation for my goal of working in developing countries internationally possibly focusing on basic health needs and education, maternal and child health, minority/disadvantaged groups.
