Careers are something everyone has to think about eventually. It’s that inevitable threshold one must cross in order to further one’s life. Everyone has their own ideal career fitting for their particular interests. Some people pick careers based off of money since that itself provides many financial opportunities. Some people pick careers that is genuinely enjoyable for them to do, so they would not regret doing that job 20 years down the line. It’s not easy to select the best type of career for oneself because of multiple factors that needs to be considered: education required, the type of work, work environment, salary, and so forth. They plan and coordinate services in hospitals and clinics, overseeing specific departments or entire facilities. The career is essential in assuring that the health services are being provided at its fullest capabilities. On a normal basis, health service managers need a bachelor’s degree for employment. Some applicable coursework would want health information systems, accounting, hospitable management, strategic planning, and law. Some employers, like those in the public health administration, would require a master’s degree. In a practical sense, a health service manager needs to have strong communication skills, technical and analytical skills, and so forth. According to BLS, health service managers earn a median wage of $94,500 (Health Services Manager Job). However, the top 10% earn more than $165,380. According to the BLS, employment for health service managers are expected to increase by 17% through 2024 (Health Services Manager Job). This is majorly thanks to the baby boom population. They’re getting old around this time, which will result in a high demand for health services; therefore, an increase in health service manager jobs. According to Indeed, there are over 200,000 jobs for health education officers online (Health Services Manager Jobs). high school teachers, are professionals specializing in educating students in grade 9-12 at certain subjects. High school teachers can be influential in students' lives since students will apply what they learn to their future endeavors. Although teaching can be rewarding, high school teachers will stress over students who are unmotivated or disruptive in class. High school teachers may teach many grade levels throughout the day (High School Teacher). For example, in one class, they may have students from the 9th grade, and then in the next class, they may have students in the 12th grade. In many schools, students are divided into classes based on their abilities, so teachers need to change their courses based on their students’ capabilities. High school teachers see several different classes of students throughout the day. They may teach the same material to more than one class if the school has many students taking that subject. This can be seen as tedious and boring since they are literally repeating the same thing over and over. The only thing that would change the experience would be student participation, but that’s rare in most students. High school teachers put together informative and engaging lesson plans for their subjects. This includes making administrative and budget decisions, enforcing rules and disciplinary action, lecturing and discussing concepts, grading tests and conducting progress reports, recordkeeping student
