A Career As A Marine Biologist

Ever wonder what it would be like to work with animals all the time? Marine Biologists are a type of zoologist and they get to do that all day, every day! Marine Biologists are important to our ecosystem because some are vets as well and help keep the Marine Animals healthy and safe, and others help clean up pollution. A Marine Biologist needs to have a Bachelors degree as well as outdoor and communication skills, and critical thinking skills.

The education needed is a Bachelors Degree. Four years are required in order to get this degree. During those four years, 120 semester credits are gained. In fact, that is equivalent to 40 college courses. Numerous colleges offer this degree, and some even major in Marine Biology. Some examples
