A Career As A Guitar Technician

Guitar technician- a guitar tech is in charge of any mechanical issues or electrical issues with the string instruments especially the guitars. Some of the tasks he has to complete are fix broken strings, repair damaged instruments, organize equipment, and help the musicians with any technical problems. They must be attentive at all times during a performance because anything can happen and he has to be able to fix the problem quick. In order to be a guitar tech, you have to have experience. Bands dont really look for a degree or someone who went to college but they want a person that knows what they are doing. Most of these guitar techs play the instruments and know about music because they have grown up most of their lives around
