College education is a key factor to a successful life. It helps students have a competitive edge in the workforce. It also opens doors to professions that require a college degree. However, to me, a college education is much more than four years of classes and a degree. As a student, I strive to continuously learn new and important information. College offers the opportunity to hear lectures from professionals and experts. These opportunities allow for stimulation and growth among the students. College will also give me an outlet to help and teach others, which is very important to me. My love for helping people is why upon graduating college, I plan on becoming a special education teacher.
