PER REPORTER: Jayla's mother found porn in her cell phone on last night. Jayla told her mother when she lived with her dad he molested her, made her watch porn, and they performed sexual acts that were seen on the porn. Jayla last lived with her father 3 years ago and lasw had contact with him 2 years ago. She said they performed oral sex on each other and after that he began to have sex with her. There was penetration. Mom saidshe moved to Florida in 2009. The child was allowed to stay with the father until mom got situated. Per reporter, the father and his mother kidnapped Jayla and didn't want to give her back. Reporter stated a letter was typed and Jayla was put in school. Reporter stated it sounded like he was saying mom came on to him when she was younger.Reporter stated dad is a sex offender because of her (mom). Mom said she was 14 and dad was 19 when she concieved. She was 15 and he was 20 when she gave birth to Jayla. Reporter stated Jayla's siblings were at the home during that time too. They were brainwashed and acted weird. Reporter believes the father had sex with them. In July 2016, the children saw reporter and Jayla. They said their mother (Lashonda) just got them back because dad tried to kidnap them too. Lashonda and reporter had exchanged numbers at that time. Jayla still had contact with her father up until July 2016. The siblings may still have contact with the father. It is unknown where they are living. Reporter has not discussed the concerns with the father. Reporter just found out about it last night and it was the first time Jayla mentioned it. Reporter believes Jayla thought it was normal. Mom believes Jayla was confused and didn't know how to feel about it. Reporter stated she told the maternal grandmother she would take Jayla to the health department to see if she is sexually
