Liam jay's (preferred name LJ) wishes and feelings with regards to his current placement are negative and he doesn't want to live with his father. Preferring (if given the choice) to go back to live with his mother. Liam Jay has said that he hopes my input will result in him being able 'to go back o his Mum'. I have informed LJ that this is not likely at the this point in time. This assessment has been conducted due to a disclosure that Liam-Jay made on the 9th of September 2016. This resulted in Liam-Jay moving from his Father’s house in Ellesmere Port into foster care in Farndon. Christina Roberts from The Oaks Primary School phoned to inform me that Liam-Jay has come into school with a bruise on his shoulder. According to Christina, the bruise is on his right forearm, 4 centimetres wide and is a fresh, dark inky colour. …show more content…
Christina had this private discussion with Liam-Jay at 10:50am and he said that ‘dad and Chloe keep fighting’. Liam-jay also said that ‘Max and Kayleigh (dads ex-partner and his son) had been round yesterday, and when dad had finished taking them home, he came back and he was angry. Liam-Jay then disclosed that ‘Dad then smacked me for not going to sleep. He’s smacking me a lot and a few days ago I had lumpy finger marks’ (Christina thinks he means dad’s finger marks).
