ALLEGATION
R/s on Christmas night, Josie had her son, Dabari a party and she was smoking weed and she blew weed smoke in the child’s face. R/s Josie had bottles of liquor in her hand. R/s Josie was stumbling down the steps with the child in her hand. R/s Josie left the child in the car with the doors closed and the windows up, the child was in car for less than ten minutes before someone got him out. R/s Josie was seen trying to buy pills from off of the street.

R/s she was the designated driver for some friends at the party Josie was attending. R/s she told her mother about the incident, and her mother reported it to caseworker, Kayla Lusk. R/s she just received the number to make a DSS report from her mom this morning. R/s she had witnessed
