The abortion rights for woman based upon the state in which they reside in has always been an interesting topic. There are certain laws in which allows or prohibits a woman from having an abortion based upon the number of weeks within the pregnancy. This writer believes that every woman deserves the right to choose and make decision concerning their health. Especially in the cases of unforeseen or unplanned pregnancy because of being raped and in worst case scenarios when their health is a risk. The law makers in Delaware are working against some of the lawmakers from Washington to ensure that abortion remains legal (Chase, 2017). The article discusses how the state house had given a final approval to do away with the restrictions of laws
