According to the WHO, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) is the third leading cause of mortality globally and is the third leading cause of mortality globally and symbolize one of the greatest health challenges worldwide. The International Diabetes Federation estimated that there are 387 million people living with diabetes and it is also predicted that it will rise to 592 million by 2035 (Yates et al, 2016). The role of health care reform is shifting the focus from a disease-oriented health care system towards wellness and preventive care as they focus on non-communicable disease and the World Health Organization (WHO) developed global monitoring framework to enable global tracking of progress in preventing and controlling in (WHO, 2016) and by educating and behavior modification of the people to stop the disease before it starts.
