In this fast moving world, we have lost our internal affiliation. Reliability is a fight. Everyone is fighting for some position. There is no time for your self. Throughout the day we lose energies dealing with our daily problems. Life is going away from us because of this. Society is looking around for real life, and searching for a solution to their stressful life. There is a new mechanism we can implemente in our life. It is called, ‘Mindfulness’. Mindfulness is a condition of dynamic, open consideration on the present. When we 're careful, we observe our musings and sentiments without passing much judgment on them. Rather than letting your life cruise by you, mindfulness means living in the moment. If everyone in today’s society would practice Mindfulness, we would be able to see a better future for the world and our own lives. Mindfulness helps us regain our inner balance, attending holistically to the aspects of the person; in body, mind and spirit.

Daily life ihits us so hard that we do not realize it until the stress manifests itself in forms of physical illness which harm our health. The advantage to practice mindfulness is that it is a way of taking our reality into account, giving us the opportunity to work consciously with our stress and pain. For this reason, more people

Constantly, it’s a battle. Everybody is battling for some position. For this reason, “Spiritual practice” exists. It is not the same as religious, and it is practiced with a deep sense of reality. It is discipline directed to the suffering that cannot be relieved by medicines or orthodox treatments. The spiritual practice of Mindfulness is not applied in a religious context with regard to beliefs or a guide to necessarily follow.
