For instance, changing to a healthier diet for a specific individual or tailoring exercise to an individual can help with weight and prevent being sedentary during leisure time as fore mentioned. Medications can also be taken to help with pre-existing conditions such as high-cholesterol and diabetes that are linked to hypertension. Lastly, surgery can take place to open up arteries with stents.
