At the begining they were all As but towards the middle of the year they went to Bs, Cs, Ds, and Fs. I had only one A from all my other classes. I don’t my grades show my progress through the year because other than school I changed mentally. My mindset changed and the way I felt towards school changed. My MAP scores this year were also constanly going up and down. In Reading my MAP score was average at first. Then, my score went down towards the end my score increased my 19. In math my MAP score went down by 2. At first they were the same scores but at the end I eventually decreased by 2. Next year I will take the MAP test more seriously because it really shows your growth towards the year and it helps with your classes for your next year. I tried to be strong this school year. I faced some obstacules but I overcame them eventually. Im ending this school year strong and starting the next one strong

Since my 9th grade year (once I moved back to South Carolina in Columbia) to this current day I have struggled at school, at home, and with myself. I always had problems with teachers and grades and now I can finally admit that truth, I have gone through so much I could make you laugh, cry, be mad, be sad, and be happy all at once. I use to have a bad attitude and be mad at the world because of the type of person I was, I knew that I was lazy, had an attitude, a bad temper, and I did not care about anyone’s feelings, I was always angry and I couldn’t take any constructive criticism without feeling offended if I knew it would save a life. At one point in my 9th grade year I was attempting to try to help myself until my brother was shot, it affected me in and outside of school.…
