Another study by, Zorba, Cengiz and Karacabey (1-5) proved that exercise training improves body structure, serum insulin levels, and blood lipid profile in obese children. There were 20 exercise-participants ages from 10-12 with a BMI of 30 and more who were compared to another non-exercising group of 20 children. The program consisted of 20-45 minutes of walking and jogging 3 days a week for 12 weeks. The intensity of the exercises ranged from 60-65% of their HR level. The sessions of their training preceded and ended by 5-10 minutes warmup and cooldown. The results showed a significant improvements for the exercise group in their BMI, insulin and blood lipid levels. The BMI level decreased from 34.87± 4.1 to 28.69± 2.7, insulin level decreased
