Martyn’s entrance turned heads when he walked into the crowded restaurant. A furtive glance before the diners quickly returned their attention back to their meals. As if they were not interested. Yet a shift in the atmosphere was marked by the stillness descending on the room. The conversation had stopped. Many of the diners looked as though they were shrinking like turtles into their jackets. Hoping they would not be singled out for a glance from the tall man, much less a few words.
Martyn appeared to ignore them all. He directed Storm to a mezzanine floor and a single large table with two chairs. Storm seated himself opposite Martyn.

It is a thing apart from a solid, a liquid, or a gas. Yet it is the most common form of matter in space. They have surrounded the world in manmade plasma.

“Ask yourself why observatories are often built on mountains, away from populated areas. Why aren’t those observatories built where most of the scientific research centers in Australia are located, close to Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane?”
