16 month old Jasmine was abducted on Christmas Eve from Greyhound's bus station. A young woman approached Mrs. Anderson, which was struggling with her baggage and offered to help her by holding Jasmine. Later when Mrs. Anderson looked up, the woman had vanished. Ms. Matthews, who had just gotten out of prison, took off with Jasmine. She was going to visit her boyfriend and his family for Christmas but lied to them about having a child while in prison. Ms. Matthew's boyfriend's family saw the news and were suspicious about her and the child. They later reported her, and she was arrested and charged with kidnapping. Mrs. Anderson was later reunited with her daughter, just in time for Christmas.
There was a strong earthquake on Wednesday which led to 20 dead and 75 injured, It was scaled to be a 5.8 earthquake. A doctor at Ain Temouchent hospital assured that besides the number of people dead, there was 120 people dead injured and 10 with serious trauma. Later that day there was another earthquake in a place near Algeria. It had a scale of 5.2 and hit the northeast side of Oujda, but it didn't harm anyone

This was taken place in Irving, TX. The robbery was caused by 7 convicts who escaped earlier that month by overpowering their guards. They also left a note behind stating "you haven't heard the last of us yet." They were all considered armed and dangerous. After they escaped they all stayed together, which is highly uncommon for escaped prisoners to do. All had a sentence around 30+ years. The robbery took place around 6 P.M, they grouped about 23 employees, then tied and handcuffed. Someone outside the store called the cops and said "things just don't look right at the front of the store." Hawkins was killed due to the fact that she was the first one at the scene.
