After 9/11 attack, there is a prosecute was apply by a lawyer who is Shelley Bryant is an employment discrimination lawyer in Fresno. This case is about a manager who is Muslim and was removed from his job in a national insurance company. The Muslim worker was removed from his job without following employment law of racial when he was being removed from the job.(). The reason of why he was fired by the company is because he chose not to participate to celebrate the war in Iraq in company meeting. Also, he chose not to smoke and go for drinks during company meeting (). Also, dressing of their traditional is not improper. After the September 11 in America, this happened towards all Muslims and become discrimination in work places(). Although, federal law stops discrimination of all people, but the Muslim were checking at airport badly, and sending them back to their countries, and doing house checking randomly in their place of sleeping because they wanted to make good security for America people(). The headscarf wear have different meaning and reason in different countries. Most Americans are realized the reason for wearing hijab, they see this usual is innocent, un-American, a foreigner in their country, it is because a very serious Muslims will follow and do any what the religion says. Hijab is worn to cover the hair and the neck. The discrimination of Muslim women of wearing hijab has made their lives has influenced in a negative way in different places of work(). The way of women wearing hijab is the respect for their religion Islam. Everybody have right to get a job and work no matter what religion they fellow. This case help make Muslim know they are not wrong become better when they were facing a lot of rejection and discrimination. Women wearing hijab were more likely to be discriminate because hijab can see easily by people who think all Muslims are terrorists. Islamophobia has spread to many places, most employee see that Muslim with potential risk(). This case have given open way for Muslims to have courage to come out and speak out of discrimination in job places, learn more about the government institutions. Muslim is have power to talk more about has being discrimination because is not their fault. A lot of girls got positive motivation after this kind of case.
