My eyes quickly sprang open to the piercing sound of my inner com making a very scratchy yet high pitched noise, that I had never heard it make before. Almost like someone was screaming,or maybe something. In the background of that horrible noise it almost sounded as if someone was in the shower, I sleepily began to step down from my bed and saw that my sister was lying in her bed asleep. Slurring my words I yelled and asked "Savannah! Do you hear that?" She rolled over still slightly asleep and asked "What are you talking about?"
Never mind I will go see for myself what is happening. Stepping down from the bed I heard an awful sound coming from the upstairs hallway.

Quickly I climbed down from my bunk bed, and with some hesitation I slung the door open and moved my feet quickly down the stairs. I could hear the sound of footprints falling behind me, turning back to see it was my older brother, with red and black polo pajama pants on and a navy blue t-shirt and soon followed all of my siblings, panting down the stairs with the sound of feet hitting the hardwood floor,almost like the sound of your heart when someone is about to tell you something you don't want to hear.
We all turned into the den and cautiously stepped off of the bottom step. I looked toward and saw water pouring from the light fixtures above the kitchen. The room above the kitchen was Bailey and Hayden's bathroom. We ran upstairs to learn the a pipe had burst from built up pressure, the water from the pipe had seeped through the walls and fallen down going through the light fixtures and heavily hitting the hardwood floor. We went back downstairs and saw that Reggy and Tammy were cleaning up the floors and noticed that it was taking quite a while so we all went and got towels and vacuums to help out. Working together we eventually got it all done.
That day I learned that even though your siblings and parents can make things hard and they can be annoying at times, but life can be much easier with them around, and we should all be happy with
