9/11 Changes

After September 11, 2001 America was never the same again. The terrorist attacks changed the way our government works and thinks. Our policy and politics were directed towards security reforms. This includes airports, government buildings and nationwide international security heightening. America also changed how it dealt with extremist, after the devastating 9/11 incident, no one wanted to live through that again. The United States started advancing on counterterrorism and focused on “disrupting, dismantling, and defeating al-Qaeda”

Since 9/11, there are around 33 top-secret surveillance buildings in Washington. “With the quick infusion of money, military, and intelligence agencies multiplied.
