The September 9/11 attacks was an act against humanity, an act that should be dealt with in U.S. courts or in international affairs. The horrendous acts committed by the suspects should have been dealt with in a moral ethical manner that would not endanger countless innocent lives. But the main reason 9/11 even occurred was because the Middle East was tired of American interventions. Al Qaeda wanted to expel westerners from their Muslim lands because they believed Americans were a big impediment. But the only way they were going to get America to listen was by using force. As a result of this force America to this day still remains in the Middle East instead of recalling their troops and leaving the Middle East in peace. War will continue to
