9/11 Alternate Ending

The night reaches nine o clock. A man approaches to the fourth apartment of the seventh building. He walks in a very fast pace with his left hand scratching his left cheek and his right hand inside his right pocket. The parking lights reflecting his light in his black hair. He reaches the apartment door with a straight face. He takes a brief breath and knocks three times at the door.
“Five more minutes,” a female voice shouted from inside the apartment.
The man roll his eyes, and proceeds to knock again with more force, causing the knocking to be so loud the residents of the third floor could hear. “Jeez, can you wait five minutes. I’m almost ready, just chill for a moment,” she shouted again.
The man proceeds to take out a half used cigarette, He puts it his mouth and as he starts to light it he shouts to the door,
“If I end my cigarette before you are ready, I’m leaving you here Miranda.”
The man proceeds to enjoy his smoke. He exhales the smoke while looking to the parking lot checking if his car is still there. He hears Miranda making noises closer and closer to the door. He turns his head with a serious face as he looks at the door. He thinks to himself, “Every time is the thing with this girl, especially when we are in a hurry.” He throws his cigarette to the rocks near a poorly trim bush as he waits impatiently to the door to be open.
