• While analyzing the 851 Variance application for issues, the developer discovered more 5,200 extraneous test records remaining from a NetSparker test scan. The developer removed those records from that SQL data table.
• For the ICAM requested information, the developer modified the EFAS section and returned it to the requestor.
• The TSM (Trivoli Service Management) backup report showed a total of 9 files on 3 servers that had failed to be backed up. The developer examined the report for EGTN-HSDEV-02, HQ-GTN-RPT-01, and E-DMZ-SQL-01 about the failures and then analyzed the TSM backup log and the servers’ system logs. The developer discovered all had the same error, where they were “in use by another process”. After researching, the developer presented the collected evidence and the recommendations.

Due to feedback, ‘Enforcement’, ‘EA Reports’, ‘Enforce 2015 workshops’ were removed from the list and the applications archived in ZIP files.
• By request, the registration email notifications for all closed workshops & conference registrations were disabled. These were: CMO, HRP, ISM and NFS workshops.
