I will be telling you what might be expected of you in the 7th grade. If you were a 6th grader that was soooooo last year. 7th grade in the new thing now you thought it was 6th grade, but you were wrong. Now let’s get serious about 7th grade. Being a 7th grade means one is more responsible, and having more control of your actions. Also having to deal with sports and homework. Being more responsible can be difficult at times. Being responsible requires the student to bring all books to class. Having all of your materials out and ready so the teacher doesn’t need to wait for you is a part of being responsible(these is not always easy). Some people argue with the teacher about homework. If you are one of these people, you should just do what the teacher tells you and, if you have question about homework, just ask. It is not bad to argue because you might have a claim that you think is right than you should stick to it. If the teacher doesn’t agree with you show him or her your facts. If you don’t have the facts, then you don’t have a good enough claim to be arguing about it. Still you shouldn’t argue about homework because even if you don’t like it, it is not the end of the world. It is just 7th grade. You might think it is hard, but after you get the hang of it, it will get easier. If you like sports you might want to listen to this. It is hard to handle sports and homework sometimes. Here is an example of me Rae: “I have eight practices to go to school soccer five days a week. Club soccer three days a week. After school soccer I have to go to club soccer right after. School soccer starts at 4:30 and ends at 5:00 then club soccer starts at 6:00 and ends at 7:30.” There is no time to do homework as you can, but I learned how to handle it.
