Considering EI in newly hired employees may eliminates the need for guess work when selecting the correct leader to match perceived organizational situations. By doing this, I could better group newly hired employees that are more receptive of relationship-oriented leadership. Other newly hired task-oriented employees could then be utilized with more appropriate leaders. This would improve employee efficiency and productivity with both styles of leadership. A second practice to maximize my future management and leadership success would be through becoming self-awareness of certain weaknesses. More specifically, I would like to improve on my weakness in making tough decisions. Only through analyzing my seven habits profile was I able to realize
