Though, I probably need some help in all seven habits of a strong ethical leader, which is mainly due to a lack of experience and training in my work life. I have passion to do the ethical to do right for my coworkers and my organizations. Though, I probably need to work on my personal character in a professional work environment, which would help my develop into a more proactive stronger ethical leader within an organization's. Strengthening these habits would make me change from a transactional leader into a more transformational leader. Which would make me more of positive force within the organization and to positively influence those around me. Being an ethical leader is caring and protecting primary and secondary stakeholders interest
