The investigator and associate entered the auditorium at 7:19 PM. The investigator noticed the auditorium was well lit and clean. There were 4 patrons seated throughout the auditorium at that time. The sound volume was adequate, the picture on the screen was crisp and clear. The temperature in the auditorium was cold. The lights dimmed at approximately 7:28 PM for the feature presentation and the film began. Between 7:29 PM to 7:35 PM, 12 additional patrons entered the auditorium. The investigator observed on two separate occasions a staff member looking in to check on the auditorium during the movie. At 8:58 PM the movie credits were rolling, two uniformed Ushers appeared with brooms in hand at the exit/entrance and the patrons began to depart
