6th Street Halloween in Austin is one of the most popular events you can visit in the city. Over 100,000 people dress up in costume and visit the bars on the infamous street. Several streets will be closed to traffic so those in costume can safely wander the area from bar to bar. This is a huge event that attracts more and more people each year. If you want to see some unique costumes and meet a variety of people, this is the Halloween event for you. 6th Street Halloween takes place on Halloween night.
